That's it!!!

I'm bored right now. I made a good breakfast for my daughter and myself. I don't know what we are having for lunch yet. I'm thinking bigs in a blanket...sounds good to me and she will eat it. I've been kinda, sorta looking at houses. I've been researching FHA loans and trying to figure out if I can afford this on my income. I decided a long time ago that I may never marry. I do get lonely and it does feel bad sometimes but it's not my focus in life. I want for my daughter and me to have our own place that is ours. What is nice about apartment living is when something breaks, you make a phone call and in a matter of days, it's fixed. I know once we have our own house, if something breaks, I will be responsible for getting it fixed. Of course I am aware of the home insurance that you pay for monthly and if something breaks, it will be fixed. There is a townhouse that has been renovated. It's 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It's gorgeous. It's perfect for us. It even has a washer/dryer connection. I'm not going to jump into anything without prayer and preparation. I've found out about the FHA loan that usually only requires 5% or less down for a down payment. I'm getting older and I want more for us. If I could have a mortgage for less than what I pay in rent now, that would be GREAT!!! With the townhouse, my daughter still wouldn't have the big backyard but she would have access to the patio that is fenced in and the pool which is a community pool. I have to really sit down and budget and see how I can save money for the downpayment. Pray for me yall.
